Fresh and expressive litchi and gooseberry aromas are carried through by tropical and stone fruits on the palate complex by a rich minerality that leaves you longing for more to savour.

Winemaking
How it is made.
The grapes were handpicked in two passes to ensure optimal phenolic and chemical ripeness. This wine was destemmed, crushed and underwent overnight skin contact before being pressed.
The wine was then transferred to Amphora and French oak barrels and underwent fermentation using natural yeast. The wines were matured for 12 months prior to blending and bottling.
